Carpenter Ants Down TreesLocation = Dover, MA
We all know storms down trees. For the most part, the tree may not go down if it was in good health. Unfortunately carpenter ants hollow out the tree core thus weakening it. Over time the carpenter ants excavate galleries to create nests and these areas can be extensive.
This certainly presents an issue when a huge tree falls on a power line, your car, home, property, etc. Even if carpenter ants are not in your home but you see them in your yard you should be concerned and look to EHS to eliminate the threat.
