I am not exactly the quiet, reserved kind of person. Some may call me vocal. Being a big Irish fellow I guess I could blame this on my heritage. What I do happen to pride myself on is being very good at my job and being responsive to my customer needs. I guess this explains why I have had some customers for over 10yrs. On the personal front I will pat myself on the back for being a great husband & father. So where am I going with this banter???

I get to a new customer to perform our EcoHealth Homeowner Protection Plan service. It is a residential home that is bustling with five kids (13yrs old & under), two dogs, and a cat. I go about my business when the woman (wife/mother) yells to me that she will be right back, something unassuming considering I am in the midst of our service. I finish up 30 minutes later and ask one of the kids to get mommy since I finished working and have to give her the paperwork. “Mommy went to yoga class and will be back in an hour.” WHAT??? I guess I impress people to the point that they can leave their five kids, two dogs, & a cat with. So now I can add babysitting to my pest control expertise!
