Dear Valued Customer:

You made a wise decision when you chose Environmental Health Services to protect your property from subterranean termites using the Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System. Since the inception of the Sentricon System 15 years ago, it has been successfully used to monitor for termites and when detected, Recruit termite bait has been applied where termites were found to eliminate the colony.

Now there is a new advancement to the Sentricon System. In the past, the system worked by monitoring for new and/or existing termite colonies. While incorporating Recruit IV termite bait as termite activity was detected. After the termite colony was eliminated using Recruit IV bait, we returned to monitoring for new foraging termite colonies. Now technological advances by Dow AgroSciences give us the ability to have active ingredient continuously available for termites as soon as they find a station - with no need to wait for an EHS termite specialists to detect the termites first.

On your next scheduled service EHS will UPGRADE your property to this latest advancement to Sentricon System at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU. We will install the new Recruit HD™ termite bait devices in all the stations around your home. Recruit HD still uses the proven efficacy of noviflumuron the active ingredient, but now with nearly 3 times as much as before, in a new high density bait matrix formulation that's highly durable in the environment and highly desirable to termites.

This new bait matrix will be combined the monitoring & baiting phase, so bait is present all the time ready to kill the termites! It is like having an EHS termite specialist on the site monitoring your stations 24/7/365.  Furthermore, the novel matrix is resistant to weather degradation and has been shown to be preferred by termites over wood and other cellulose food sources. So we will begin inspecting and servicing the stations on your property as normal since the bait is already present in all the stations at the time.

Rest assured we will continue to take the appropriate steps needed in a timely manner to keep your structure protected from termites. This change in termite bait in no way compromises your termite warranty with EHS. As long as you keep your warranty in effect, you can count on EHS continuously protecting your biggest investment with the latest technical advancements in termite elimination.

Please contact our office to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in keeping your property termite free.

Sincerely,

George E. Williams Jr., A.C.E.
