The cool nights are here and this means bugs are trying to get into your house for a warm spot to live this winter. Keep bugs out by spraying your foundation now.

Mice and bugs are looking for a way to get into your home for food, warmth and shelter. It’s best to be proactive now before you have a big problem on your hands.

First, have the outside foundation of your home sprayed and protected with an exterminator. It is also good to have your  landscape and shrubs sprayed. This will create a barrier around your home and if bugs try to get in, they won't make it.

To keep mice out, holes need to be sealed up. If you have larger areas, steel wool and expanding foam is a great temporary fix. Mice can get into a hole as small as a dime, so it's good to be diligent. Be sure to keep any leafs and other debris clear around your foundation and garage. It's a great place for rodents to hide.

Finally, professionals can place bait traps around your home. If they dine on these, they won't be around for long.

If you suspect you have a problem indoors, it's best to call a professional. Contact EHS Pest Control.
