We are seeing more & more laws and regulations being instituted around the country in regards to bedbugs. Because of their epic resurgence in society it was only a matter of time before laws caught up to the problem. The link below depicts the pending legislation about bedbug history notification. Basically if an apartment, house, condo, etc. has had bedbugs within the last 5yrs that you must disclose this to the new occupant.  What a new law is enacted in one state it is often copied by others…..stay tuned!
